Reports To: As a HR intern you will report to the mentor.
Job Overview: The HR Intern supports a broad range of human resources & administrative functions such as office management, paperwork, and event organization.
Responsibility:
1. Support Office Management: finding suppliers, asset management, managing service staff, managing & report office costs, ordering stationery, and office stuffs as required…
2. Drafting letters, memos, and announcements to staff members and customers, as directed by the supervisor.
3. Support organizing events such as health checks, and company trips…
4. Assist in the flow of the paperwork.
5. Paying bills for vendors.
6. Other tasks as required.
Requirements:
1. Able to set and carry out goals, be able to help others adjust to change.
2. Detail-oriented, well-organized.
3. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
4. Fluent in English.
