- Find potential influencers & agencies who will be partners on the platform, develop relationships, find new idol
- Independently responsible for agencies, developing strategies to grow and retain idols/agencies and foster strong relationships with them
- Collaborate with internal and cross-functional teams to promote the application, events, users to support Idols and agencies
- Monitor, analyze and optimize the performance, quantity, quality and revenue growth of the application.
- Be a positive contributor to the team and organization
Job Requirement
- Requires 3 years or more experience, priority is given to candidates with experience in the industry and livestream market from other platforms
- Fluent English and Vietnamese is mandatory required
- Strong communication skills – phone, email, text message, and in person
- Strong ability to solve urgent problems quickly and flexibly
- A strong social media presence and knowledge
- Solid interpersonal skills with the ability to work with different personality types of people
- Hyper-organized and self-motivated
- Experience in social networking is a plus
Working address: 46 – 48 Hai Ba Trung, Ben Nghe, District 1.
Working hours: 9am – 6:30pm (lunch break from 12pm – 2pm).
