AESTHETIC SALES MANAGER Full Time

I. JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Establish and expand customers’ accounts as well as provide prompt sales support and consultation
2. Develop sales plans: directly perform sales activities and associate with sales team to ensure sales targets are achieved
3. Adhere to all company policies, business procedures and have well acknowledge of products details.
4. Manage and operate the Aesthetic Sales Department; train and develop sales skill for sales team

II. JOB REQUIREMENT

1. Bachelor Degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Biomedical… (or related field)
2. Minimum 3 years of proven selling experience as Sales or Lead Sales in Aesthetic High-end Equipments
3. Progressive, eager to learn, enthusiastic. Well acknowledge of Viet Can products details (would be trained)
4. Good at: communication skills (negotiate, convince); management skills and relationship management
5. Willing to go on business trip and training when required
6. Good English skill & proficiency in Microsoft office

III. WORKING LOCATION AND HOUR:

1. Working hour: Monday – Friday (8h00 – 17h00)
   Weekend off and annual leaves and Holidays leaves according to Vietnam Labor Law
2. Working location: HCM Office: 781/C1 Lê Hồng Phong st., Ward 12, Dist. 10
