Network Engineer (All level)
Overview
We are looking for a motivated member with a passion for network and strong communication skills.
Your Responsibilities:
- Configure and install various network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPN, QoS)
- Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurations
- Monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability
- Monitor system resource utilization, trending, and capacity planning
- Work within established configuration and change management policies to ensure awareness, approval and success of changes made to the network infrastructure
- Select and implement security tools, policies, and procedures in conjunction with the company’s security team
Your Skills and Experience
Must-have
- Good to very good command of English
- BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject
- Proven hands-on network engineering experience
- Network certification such as Cisco CCNP (Cisco CCIE highly valued)
- Solid networking knowledge (OSI network layers, TCP/IP)
- Deep understanding of networking protocols (e.g., BGP, OSPF, IPv6, MPLS, IPSEC, 802.11, QoS)
- Hands-on experience with monitoring, network diagnostic and network analytics tools
Good to have
- At least one major industry certifications in Enterprise Systems (e.g. Cisco, Microsoft, McAfee, Symantec, Computer Associates, Netapp, VMware, Citrix, etc.).
- Microsoft Windows Server 2012/2016/2019 Operating Systems;
- Microsoft Exchange, Exchange online, Office 365, Gsuite;
- Microsoft SQL 2016, 2019 administration;
- Linux server administration is an advantage;
- Security and Antivirus : McAfee, Symantec, Sophos is an advantage;
- Backup and Disaster Recovery: Microsoft Clustering, Computer Associates, Symantec, Veeam;
