Team Leader (NodeJS,ReactJS,English) Full Time

Your Responsibilities:

•  Overseeing all activities within a team.
•  Distributing information to team members and stakeholders.
•  Keeping track of and structuring various tasks, employees and documents.
•  Determining the goals that members will work toward.
•  Provide technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship
•  Guide team development efforts towards successful project delivery

Your Skills and Experience

Must-have

• Prior experience of at least 2 years in a technical leadership position with a minimum size of 8
• Programming languages and software technologies in scope: Python, React, NodeJs.
• Profound communication skills in Vietnamese and English are very important.
• Strong communication skills with both internal team members and external business stakeholders in English and Vietnamese
• Talent for leadership, communication, and management.
• Strong initiative to find ways to improve solutions, systems, and processes
• In-depth knowledge of agile process models such as Scrum (required) and Kanban
• College or University degree in Computer Science or a related discipline or similar education

Nice to have:

• Profound experience in designing and developing enterprise-grade solutions and applications
• Knowledge and experience with developing web applications with the service-oriented framework, Microservices and Rest APIs
• Experience with debugging, performance profiling, and optimization
• German language skills would be a plus.
• It’s nice if you have experience with Golang, C# .
• Already a full-stack developer is a plus
