Technical Support Engineers

About us

We are looking for several engineers to provide world-class support to a Saudi Arabia based telecom company. We have openings for support engineers with various levels of experience, so this is a great opportunity for growth.

Successful candidates will have standard English communication skills (reading, writing and speaking), interested in working closely with customers located in KSA, willing to work off-hours and have the following skills:

Requirements

• Good in English communication, communicate via chat/message and email.
• The ideal candidate will be a self-starter, with excellent interpersonal, communication, documentation, problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Understanding of incident management tools such as Zoho Desk, JIRA.
• Knowledgeable of database technology including SQL Server and MySQL.
• Experienced Unix System Administration preferably Linux based.
• Knowledgeable of TCP/IP networking, telecommunication.
• Understanding of HTTP Protocols and REST API.
• Understanding of web server Technology such as Apache, NginX, and/or Tomcat.
• Understanding of network monitoring tools: Zabbix, Kibana, PRTG or an equivalent system.
• Ability to basic troubleshoot and trace logs.
• Understanding of OOP, web services and SOAP API.
• A Scripting/Programming Language such as Bash, Perl, Python, Ruby or Java is an advantage.
• On-call possibility.
• Working based on Shifts Transfer 24/7 and flexible.

Working time:

Minimum 2 nights/week.
Can work onsite if required.
Work Place:  Da Nang.
