Digital Marketing Executive
First Consulting Group, a prominent immigration law firm with six offices across the United States and Vietnam, is seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Executive to join our Marketing team.
In this role, you’ll develop and execute digital media plans, optimizing our campaigns to effectively engage our target audience. Leveraging your expertise in digital planning, reporting, and analysis, you’ll contribute to the success of our marketing efforts across various channels.
Key Responsibilities:
· Optimize marketing campaigns across various digital channels, including social media, search, display, and email marketing.
· Develop and execute data-driven digital marketing strategies to achieve business goals.
· Analyze and evaluate the results of advertising and marketing campaigns, providing insights and improvement recommendations.
· Manage advertising campaigns across social media channels, Google AdWords, display channels, email marketing, and other channels.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create engaging and effective content for digital marketing channels.
· Conduct competitor analysis and stay current with industry trends and best practices to ensure our digital marketing efforts are cutting-edge.
· Monitor and manage budgets for digital marketing campaigns, ensuring optimal return on investment.
· Increase customer engagement on social media channels and generate higher conversions.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
· 26-30 years old preferred
· 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on strategy development and implementation in Performance Marketing or Digital Planning.
· Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and Email Marketing, and the ability to build online marketing strategies and plans.
· Proficiency in web analytics tools and digital marketing platforms, such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads Manager.
· Experience managing integrated, multi-channel advertising campaigns.
· Proven success in conversion optimization practices.
· Ability to work under pressure, meets deadlines and demonstrate superior time management and organizational skills.
· Works well with teams and has a collaborative, positive, and goal-oriented attitude.
