Sr IT Business Analyst Full Time
Job Title: Sr IT Business Analyst
Department: Marketing
Report Line: Marketing Director

Location: District 7, Ho Chi Minh City
A – DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Analyst (60%)
- Analyze, research & understand business requirements from partners and provide development orientation for software systems.
- Analyze, research business requirements the requirements from customers in business view and end-user view
- Ensure business requirements are fully understood by Development and provide input to design and product specifications
- Document functional and business requirements
- Create wireframes and API development using
- Understand causes, activity diagrams and system process flows
- Manage tracking all change requests from customers and plan system change effectively, requirements, specifications, change request of the project with minimum disruption.
- Work with development team to go over the specification, Q&A, consult the solutions or figure out the problems
Coordinate (30%)
- Provide internal system ’s guidelines, technical documents and business processes
- Perform software testing and create/ review test cases
- Work with Dev team to follow task development, carry out UAT and demo/train end-users.
Other tasks (10%)
- Making reports by periodically as requirements
- Other assigned by Line manager or BODs management (if any).
B – MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Major in Information Technology (Master/University/Collage) .
- At least 3 years of experience in IT Business Analyst/ Product Owner or similar fields.
- Have a deep knowledge of software development process & experience in E-commerce industry.
- Experience with SQL is required.
- Advance using Microsoft Visio, Prototyping, Wireframe & use case tools
- Strong business analytical skill and logical mind. Be able to grasp the complex software system and learn quickly
- Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively
- Good design documentation is required. Experience in creating clear, concise documentations
- Good UML knowledge is a great asset
- English fluency, especially in writing and reading
- Good communication, presentation and management skills
- Enthusiastic, responsible, willing to learn new things and ability to work under pressure, available to work at any time
