Report to CEO and lead a team of 10-20 headcounts
Establish effective business/technology governance and acts as a trusted advisor for executive management to understand business needs and implement new technologies that yield competitive advantage
Provide strategic direction and oversight for the design, development, operation and support of IT systems and programs, including management of: architecture, data, design, security..
Foster agile way of working between tech & product function
Propose and persuade to manage changes, modifications, select or remove Technology
Transfer business needs to technology architecture, to appraise, to manage the development process and drive opportunities for improved revenue and user experience
Job Requirement
Working experience: 8-10 years
BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field; MBA or other relevant graduate degree is a plus
Having been a Tech Lead/Engineering Manager of a company with tech team-size from 10 to 50
Hands-on mentality to plan and successfully drive forward implementation
