Client of DigiSource is SIX MEDIA which is a fast-growing marketing agency based in Thailand, specializing in delivering innovative solutions in marketing, including e-sports, finance, and AI fields in the APAC region.

Develop and lead the overall marketing strategy, including brand positioning, target audience identification, and messaging.
Oversee the creation of creative marketing campaigns aimed at increasing brand awareness and customer engagement.
Collaborate closely with various functional teams to ensure alignment with sales, product development, and other departments.
Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
Manage and optimize digital marketing activities, including social media, content creation, SEO, and paid advertising.
Drive customer acquisition and retention through creative and data-driven marketing strategies.
Monitor marketing performance metrics and present regular reports to the executive team.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure the company remains a leader in innovation.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Board of Directors (BOD).

Yêu cầu công việc

At least 5 years of experience as a CMO/Marketing Director or in a similar role.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
Experience working in a Technology company is an advantage OR experience in the Finance/Banking industry.
Proven success in developing and executing strategic marketing plans that lead to business growth.
Deep understanding of digital marketing, data analysis, and emerging marketing technologies.
Strong understanding of market research and data analysis methods.
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Creative mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
Fluent in English.
Experience in public speaking.
