AI Business Analyst Intern

As an AI Business Analyst Intern, you will join DigiSource's AI Product team to participate in the implementation of AI Agent solutions across Lark, Zalo Official Account (OA), and other platforms within our HR Tech ecosystem. You will work closely with Product Managers, AI Engineers, Software Engineers, and business stakeholders to analyze business processes, gather user requirements, design AI-powered workflows, and translate business needs into product specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, document, and translate business requirements into product specifications, including PRDs, BRDs, user stories, workflows, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria
• Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities to optimize workflows using AI Agents and intelligent automation
• Participate in implementing AI Agent solutions across Lark, Zalo Official Account (OA), and other platforms within the HR Tech ecosystem, including workflow design, business process automation, conversational AI, and system integration
• Design AI Agent workflows, conversation flows, business logic, and functional requirements to support product implementation
• Collaborate with Product Managers, AI Engineers, Software Engineers, and cross-functional teams throughout the product development lifecycle
• Support feature validation, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), project documentation, and implementation tracking to ensure successful product delivery

Knowledge & Skills

• Graduated or currently pursuing a degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields
• Good knowledge of Business Analysis methodologies, Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), and Agile/Scrum frameworks
• Good knowledge of Artificial Intelligence, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI Agents, Prompt Engineering, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and AI-powered workflow automation, with the ability to apply these concepts to business analysis and product design
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Product-oriented mindset with a strong interest in building AI-powered products and improving user experience
• Good ability to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into product specifications
• Good project coordination, stakeholder management, and cross-functional communication skills
• Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new technologies and business processes
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly responsible
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of HR Tech, recruitment processes, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), CRM, or HR operations
• Familiarity with Lark, Lark Base, Zalo Official Account (OA), AI Agent platforms, workflow automation platforms is a plus
• Familiarity with process modeling and documentation tools such as Miro, Draw.io, Lucidchart, or Figma
• Knowledge of SQL, databases, REST APIs, or system integration is a plus
• Experience participating in software, AI, or digital product development projects is an advantage
• Candidates should be based in Ho Chi Minh City
