CEO Assistant (based Marketing) [DigiSource] - HCM

1. Marketing Planning (60%)

• Support CEO in building a communication & marketing strategy and developing the brand for DigiSource and the CEO's personal brand.
• Develop detailed plans and implement marketing campaigns on online platforms (Facebook, Tiktok, LinkedIn, Instagram, Website, Email Marketing, etc.).
• Monitor, measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make recommendations for improvement.
• Research the market, industry trends, and competitors to optimize strategies.

2. Operation (10%)

• Manage and monitor workflows between departments, ensuring synchronous and effective coordination.
• Build and improve internal workflows, promote collaboration and communication between teams.
• Monitor, evaluate the performance of processes, propose solutions to improve work efficiency for the entire company.

3. Partnership (30%)

• Plan & build partnership strategy for company and CEO's personal branding
• Support the CEO in maintaining relationships and taking care of VIP clients and strategic partners.
• Respond quickly and professionally to requests and questions from client, ensuring satisfaction and long-term engagement.
• Manage & optimize CEO's calendar.

• At least 2+ years of relevant professional experience in Digital Marketing, Performance MKT or Strategic Communications.
• Must have Project Management Experience.
• Excellent communication and networking
• Time management and multi responsibility
• Experience in the Tech/ Marketing Agency/ Recruitment industry is preferred.
• Good English

• Monday- Friday 9h00-18h
• Saturday: 8h30 - 12h
