Content Executive - HCM [DigiSource]

• Manage the company’s social media platforms (FB, Linkedln, Tiktok, Threads, Zalo OA...).
• Create and manage content (including monthly planning, content writing, layout presentation, and ideas for design visuals) across DigiSource’s communication channels.
• Edit and curate communication materials for the company’s media channels (e.g., website news and content, social media posts, email campaigns, external PR articles, seeding content, etc.).
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop detailed content plans. Participate in planning and executing marketing campaigns, contributing creative content ideas.
• Expand and increase traffic and followers across the company's communication channels.
• Work closely with team members to develop content that aligns with the company’s culture.
• Develop and guide the direction of community groups and forums managed by the company.
• Ideate and draft scripts for TikTok and Reels videos.
• Propose ideas for business development and expansion (if applicable).
• Support event coverage to gather media assets and perform other related tasks.
• Coordinate and assist in tasks assigned by other teams/departments when needed.

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Literature, Communications, Journalism, Economics, or Business Administration.
• Have 1-2 years of experience in a similar position at agencies, media companies, or HR/Recruitment firms.
• Strong understanding and expertise in Branding & Social Trends.
• Good knowledge of the media and marketing industry in Vietnam.
• Basic understanding of SEO and Digital Marketing.
• Strong writing skills in Vietnamese (e.g., press releases, speeches, public letters, scripts, etc.).
• Proficiency in using Canva Pro, CapCut Pro, and other image & video editing tools. Good aesthetic sense and creativity.
• Proficient in using word processing software, spreadsheets (Excel), and presentation tools (PowerPoint). Strong familiarity with online tools and platforms.
• Detail-oriented, diligent, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
