Sale Support

- Planning cargo loading effectively.

- Contact the manufacturer & arrange nomination shipments.

- Prepare the quotations/ tariff, sailing schedule, local charge, or other requests,… support sales/ and follow up to increase the winning ratio.

- Capturing customers/ agents' requirements and providing a fast response.

- Build relationships with partners.

- Create and manage daily bookings and follow cargo status (ATD, ETA, DO status,…)

- Update shipping details to agents/customers and closely monitor shipments until cargo arrives at the destination safely.

- Work closely with other departments to enhance work efficiency.

- Dynamically and effectively solve customers’ complaints.

- Input buying/ selling rate in systems.

- Performs all other duties as assigned and requested by the direct manager.

- Priority experience about loading plan or supporting sales.

- Open to freshers in the forwarding and logistics industry.

- English is a must.

- Customer and service-oriented.

- Ability to adapt and work effectively within a variety of situations.

- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, International Trade, International Business, or a related field.
