Senior Product Designer

We are seeking a talented and passionate Senior Product Designer to join our growing team. You will play a key role in shaping the user experience of our products, from initial concept to final execution. You will be responsible for creating intuitive, user-centered designs that are both visually appealing and functionally effective. You will work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to bring our product vision to life.

1. Design Strategy and Vision 

• Lead the design vision for new product features and enhancements. 
• Ensure design consistency across all product platforms. 
• Collaborate with product managers and global teams to define and iterate on project requirements. 

2. User Research and Testing 

• Conduct user research to gather insights and inform the design process. 
• Create prototypes and conduct usability tests to validate design concepts. 
• Analyze user feedback and activity to enhance the user experience. 

3. Design Execution and Delivery 

• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to communicate design concepts. 
• Present design work to stakeholders and clearly articulate design rationale. 
• Design and deliver user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for web and/or mobile applications.
• Work closely with engineering teams, both locally and internationally, to ensure designs are implemented as intended. 
• Contribute to and maintain our design system, ensuring consistency and scalability across all products. 

4. Collaboration and Leadership 

• Mentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback. 
• Foster a collaborative design environment, encouraging innovation and creativity. 
• Communicate design decisions effectively and advocate for the user perspective in diverse team settings. 

5. Global Collaboration 

• Work effectively across different time zones and cultural contexts. 
• Use communication tools to facilitate regular interaction with international team members. 
• Adapt design practices to meet the needs of a global audience. 

6. Continuous Improvement 

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor products. 
• Continuously seek to improve design processes and increase efficiency.

• Proven experience as a Product Designer or UX Designer. 
• Expert proficiency in Figma. 
• Demonstrable experience building and maintaining design systems. 
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies. 
• Able to communicate in English (both written and verbal) - a must. 
• Solid understanding of interaction design and information architecture. 
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects. 
• 5+ years of experience in product design with a strong portfolio showcasing your work is a plus.
• Experience with user research and usability testing is a plus. 
• Experience with working with international teammates is a plus. 
• Experience working in agile/scrum development processes is a plus.
