Senior Backend Engineer (Go/Python, Distributed Systems)

We are seeking Senior Backend Engineers to join a dedicated team for a global FoodTech platform operating in 50+ countries. This role involves developing a core backend module within a large-scale distributed system handling millions of daily transactions.

• Design, develop, and maintain microservices using Go and Python.
• Work on high-availability, distributed systems running at a global scale.
• Build and optimize APIs interacting with real-time data pipelines.
• Ensure scalability, performance, and reliability across services.
• Participate actively in Agile processes, technical discussions, and peer reviews.

We are looking for a Senior Backend Engineer with a strong foundation in Go and distributed systems.

• 5+ years of backend development experience.
• Must-have: Proficiency in Go (at least 2 years recent hands-on experience); Python is a strong plus.
• Solid understanding of microservices architecture and event-driven design.
• Hands-on experience with AWS (ECS, S3, CloudWatch, etc.) and PostgreSQL.
• Strong problem-solving, ownership, and communication skills.
• Experience with high-load distributed systems (e.g., e-commerce, logistics, fintech) is a significant advantage.
• Familiarity with CI/CD, containerization, and monitoring tools.
• Working hours: 9am-6pm CET, at least overlap 9am CET to 14.30 CET.
• Daily meeting: 4 hoặc 5h chiều giờ Việt Nam
