Job Description
C&B Specialist works under supervision of C&B Team Manager to perform all C&B operational and transactional tasks and to take responsibility for administration of C&B standard operation processes that in line with the company’s policies and in accordance with Vietnamese regulations and laws
I. HR Admin Tasks

- HR Admin Tasks Prepare labor contract and C&B-related documents
- Follow up labor contract/ annex expiry and proceed with contract renewal
- Support the C&B Team Manager in the on-boarding and termination process including documentation preparation, communication to related departments, exit interview, and onboard/off-board checklist
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date employee database as well as completion of employee’s personal profile
II. Payroll (internal staff and service contracted people)
- Coordinate with the department to get an approved timesheet for the monthly payroll
- Calculate monthly payroll and get all required approvals for payment
- Process monthly payroll payment
- Send monthly payslips to employees
III. Others
- Support the C&B Team Manager in managing and communicating KPIs
- Generate and submit periodically reports to local authorities at their requests
- Other tasks as assigned by HR Manager.
Job Requirement
- Candidate must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration / Economics or related fields
- At least 03 years of professional experience in human resources or related services.
- Must possess effective communication skills (written and verbal). Solid on-site experience.
- Good understanding of local labor law and regulations.
- Location: Bangkok/ Phnom Penh
