Job Responsibilities:
– Oversee and maintain efficient procedures related to property transactions in collaboration with the Sales Department.
– Collaborate with internal teams to address clients’ after-sales inquiries, ensuring a smooth and seamless experience.
– Provide comprehensive client service within the overseas property after-sales division.
– Coordinate and facilitate the signing of necessary documents for property transactions.
– Keep internal parties informed about new policies from external entities.
– Update landlords regularly on construction progress and payment reminders.
– Handle inquiries and requests from customers and business partners promptly and effectively.
– Participate in regular after-sales and product training sessions.

Job Requirements:
– Hold a bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
– Possess a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in customer services.
– Experience in the overseas property industry is a significant advantage.
– Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
– Candidates with additional experience will be considered for the position of Client Services Assistant Manager.
– Strong communication and negotiation skills.
– Friendly, sociable, with effective client-facing skills.
– Proficient in proper telephone and email etiquette.
– Ability to manage tight and changing priorities and deadlines.
– Demonstrate a professional appearance at all times.

Language Skills:
– Proficiency in English, Chinese, and other languages is a significant plus.
