Business Analyst (Odoo)

• Work with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and clarify business requirements related to ERP (Odoo) modules.
• Translate business needs into clear functional specifications and documents (BRD, URD, workflows).
• Collaborate with developers and QA teams to ensure solutions meet business goals and user requirements.
• Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and training sessions for end-users.
• Proactively identify areas for improvement and propose effective ERP/Odoo solutions.
• Prepare reports, documentation, and process flows as needed.
• Provide post-implementation support and system enhancements.

• 2+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst, preferably in ERP-related projects.
• Hands-on experience with Odoo (any version), including understanding of key modules (Sales, Inventory, Accounting, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of business processes (finance, operations, procurement, etc.).
• Experience working with BRD, URD, BPMN or UML is a plus.
• Good communication and documentation skills in Vietnamese.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and a team player.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in software development or implementation projects.
• Basic understanding of databases or ERP customization is a plus.
