International Sales Executive

• Master the regional and international bedding industry

• Strengthen relationships with current buyers and establish new connections with bedding industry leaders worldwide through international interaction activities

• Manage and take care of existing customers while developing new customers in assigned regions

• Commit to sales targets for the responsible regions

• Support marketing campaigns and digital marketing activities to boost sales revenue

• Follow and implement weekly business plans

• Build sales forecasts and business plans for assigned regions on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis

• Conduct market surveys and analyze competitors’ activities

• Prepare commercial contracts and support the handling of shipping documents

• Coordinate with factories and cross-functional departments to manage orders and shipments

• Handle customer complaints regarding product-related issues

• Perform other tasks as requested by Line Manager or Company’s management

• Bachelor’s degree or higher, majoring in Foreign Trade, International Business, or International Relations

• Minimum of 1 year working experience in a similar position

• Proficiency in English (all four skills required)

• Sales-driven and result-oriented mindset

• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Outgoing, open-minded, and possessing a positive, can-do attitude; willing to support colleagues when needed

• Deep understanding of the regional and international bedding industry

• Ability to strengthen relationships with current buyers and establish new ones with industry leaders worldwide through international engagement
