- Compiling a comprehensive list of potential customers:
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers who align with our target audience.
- Use various resources and tools to collect relevant contact information.
- Cold calling and scheduling meetings with potential customers:
- Reach out to potential customers via phone or email to introduce our company and services.
- Engage in professional and persuasive communication to book meetings with decision-makers.
- Managing customer data and communication:
- Enter customer details and all communication activities into our CRM system.
- Maintain an organized and up-to-date CRM system for easy access and reference.
- Providing support to existing customers:
- Proactively contact existing customers to maintain strong relationships and address inquiries or concerns.
- Receive and process customer orders accurately and efficiently to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Driving customer order volumes and product exposure:
- Collaborate with the team to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
- Monitor customer order volumes and product exposure, taking necessary actions to drive growth.
To succeed in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong organizational and time management abilities are also essential. Previous experience in customer service or sales is preferred, and proficiency in using CRM systems and other relevant software is a plus.
