DATA AUDIT INTERN

Job Description

As a member of our Data Quality team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and consistency of data across our digital platforms. Your primary responsibilities include reviewing, analyzing, and standardizing data to optimize business operations efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and correct data in ATS (Applicant Tracking System) to ensure candidate information is accurately updated
• Audit and standardize customer data in Email Marketing systems to enhance campaign effectiveness
• Audit content and data on company website, ensuring consistency and regular updates
• Manage and optimize data on Zalo Official Account to improve customer experience
• Identify and report data errors, propose corrective solutions
• Perform data cleansing and data enrichment according to standard procedures
• Support in developing and updating data quality control processes

Knowledge & Skills

• Graduated or currently pursuing degrees in Information Technology, Information Systems, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields
• Good knowledge of databases and data management; strong data analysis and processing skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and basic functions) and SQL
• Product-oriented mindset with strong interest in digital products and user experience
• Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into clear product documentation
• Good project coordination, task management, and cross-functional communication skills
• Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new technologies and business processes
• Detail-oriented, careful, and highly responsible

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with CRM, ATS, HR Tech, or Email Marketing platforms
• Experience using Google Workspace or Microsoft 365 collaboration tools
• Knowledge of recruitment processes or HR Technology is an advantage
• Candidates should be based in Ho Chi Minh City

Working hours:

• Monday- Friday 8h30AM - 17h30PM
• Saturday: 8h30 AM - 12h00 PM
