Our Affiliate Channel is Talent Hunter (https://digisource.vn/talent-hunter/)- looking for an Affiliate Development Executive with responsibilities:

• Research and develop Affiliate channel in both quantity and quality
• Exchange and exploit existing Affiliates, optimize revenue for Affiliate channel
• Support Leader to run monthly and quarterly campaigns.
• Guide Affiliate how to post jobs and use the system to optimize the revenue and profit of each job open.
• Perform other tasks as requested by the Leader.
• Provide information and consult Affiliates about recruitment platforms as well as support them through the recruitment process of candidates.
• Answer inquiries from Affiliates in working groups.
• Support Leader to run monthly and quarterly campaigns, event and training section for Affiliates

• Priority is given to candidates with a mindset about Marketing, Business Development
• Knowledge of Affiliate Marketing is an advantage
• Good English communication skills.
• Good ability to withstand pressure in front of the target
• Good communication skills, working with people and keeping good relationships, ability to adapt quickly, negotiation skills, good teamwork skills
• Attitude: professional, proactive, high sense of responsibility

Working hours:

• Monday- Friday 8h30AM-17h30PM
• Saturday: 8h30 AM - 12h00 PM (WFH)

Working location: Remote

Salary: 2 million gross
