Dynamic Games is seeking an Art Director / Junior Art Director to lead and guide a team of artists in creating compelling visual experiences for games.
- Communicate artistic vision to team and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Production Director, programmers, designers, and QA.
- Set visual targets, create style guides, and ensure quality standards.
- Oversee art pipeline, assign tasks, and review assets.
- Foster a safe, respectful work environment.
Yêu cầu công việc
Required qualifications and experience:
- 5+ years in game development, with at least 2 years in a management role.
- Core lead credit on a minimum of two shipped games.
- Strong understanding of art fundamentals (lighting, composition, anatomy, etc.).
- Proficiency with industry-standard art software (e.g., Photoshop, 3D tools).
- Excellent English reading and comprehension.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively under tight deadlines.
- Leadership, communication, and coaching skills.
