Digital Marketing - Remote

Develop Inbound Marketing strategies to attract, convert, and retain potential customers

1. Website & SEO (40%)

• Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies for company website
• Execute On-page SEO: content optimization, meta tags, URL structure, internal linking
• Build Off-page SEO strategies: link building, guest posting, local SEO
• Analyze and optimize website performance using Google Analytics, Search Console
• Ensure website is user-friendly and mobile-responsive
• Regularly update website content and manage CMS
• Monitor and report keyword rankings and organic traffic

2. Email Marketing (30%)

• Build and manage comprehensive email marketing strategies
• Design email campaigns for candidates and corporate clients
• Develop email sequences for lead nurturing and onboarding
• Manage and segment email databases
• Create engaging email content with high open and click rates
• Conduct A/B testing to optimize campaign performance
• Track and analyze metrics: open rate, CTR, conversion rate

3. Zalo Official Account (30%)

• Manage and develop company's Zalo OA
• Build content and engagement strategies on Zalo
• Set up chatbots and automated responses
• Create effective broadcast message campaigns
• Develop mini apps and integrate new features
• Manage follower database and audience segmentation
• Monitor and report Zalo OA performance

• Minimum 2,5 years of experience in Digital Marketing
• Hands-on experience in SEO and website management
• Proficiency in tools: Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs
• Experience with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, etc.)
• Deep understanding of Zalo OA and Zalo ecosystem
• Strong content marketing writing skills
• Data analysis and reporting capabilities

Working hours:

• Monday- Friday 8h30AM - 17h30PM
• Saturday: 8h30 AM - 12h00 PM (WFH)

Working mode: Remote

Salary: 9-14M + Bonus
