Mô tả công việc
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-up, Sprint Planning, Review, Retrospective).
- Coach team members on Agile/Scrum principles and best practices.
- Remove impediments/blockers to ensure team progress.
- Coordinate with Product Owner and stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of goals and priorities.
- Support sprint goal achievement and delivery commitments.
- Promote continuous improvement and foster a self-organized team.
- Monitor team performance using Agile metrics (velocity, burndown, etc.).
Yêu cầu công việc
- 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
- Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile frameworks.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in enterprise-level projects.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Previous experience in insurance domain is a strong plus.
- Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I/II) is preferred.
- Good English
