Social Media Intern [DigiSource] - HCM

Assist the MKT team in developing branding strategies for individuals and teams

Create content that aligns with our personal branding & leadership branding strategies (text, image, video)

Participate in building strategic plans on: community development, digital media.

Implement targeted seeding content on social networks with KPIs Manage Facebook + Zalo + Threads + Linkedln

Graphic Design: Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually appealing marketing materials, including banners, flyers, and promotional materials.

This candidate must be able to brainstorm and select topics that highlight core values

Create and manage content, oversee posting, and maintain Social Media pages

Provide main tasks in develop planning, filming and editing

Stay updated on trending topics across social media platforms to enhance content creation

Coordinate tasks with the team to ensure timely completion

Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by supervisors

Full-time internships are available for final year students in a Bachelor’s program in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or similar;

Proficiency in writing, adeptness at spotting trends swiftly, and a passion for social media are essential.

A creative and logical thinker, can work both independently and with a team;

Having knowledge of personal branding and leadership brand concepts;

Demonstrated ability to manage tasks and time effectively.

Dynamic, industrious, and capable of handling pressure in a fast-paced work environment.

Access to a personal computer for work purposes.

Strong written and verbal communication skills
