Job Qualifications
- Digital Media Planning Strategy & Performance Optimization
- Recommend media plan refer to Media Brief from manager
- Accountable for Facebook Ads/ SEM / SEO optimization.
- Lead establishment of media insights & idea generation across platform with research & media agency
- E2E digital campaign operations (campaign set up, optimization, post campaign analysis) to Lead performance tracking reporting across agencies and platforms to provide optimization plan
- Digital Media Innovation
- Oversite of Omnichannel Media approach via establishing insights & tactics, recommend ng best practices & for each touch point to reach customers most optimally & efficiently.
Skills And Experience:
- A degree in a discipline relevant to this position such as (digital) marketing, communications, public relations.
- At least three years of relevant experience in strategic planning (content and activities) for multi-digital platforms, especially social media like Facebook, Tiktok, Instagram.
- Experience of running and effectively managing digital campaigns and optimize performance is desirable.
- Proven ability to effectively managing a diverse portfolio of stakeholders
- Demonstrated knowledge of Google analytics and other metric-based tools to effectively manage content and media performance.
- A good knowledge of SEM-SEO implementation
- Well-developed interpersonal skills, including coordination, liaison, negotiation.
- Keen attention to detail with ability to manage own time well, and prioritise competing work demands, effectively.
