Job Description

• Blog Posts for website
o Write posts with help from AI
o Need pictures, so needs to have some graphic design skills
o Canva or Adobe Illustrator experience
 
• LinkedIn
o Create a schedule of posts
o Then write the posts and enter them into the schedule
o Posts need to be engaging, relevant, in tune with brand and local happenings, connect with residents
o Need pictures and updates on projects or events in the life of Brand Service
 
• Facebook
o Need a regular posting schedule for FB
o Can use before/after pictures and possibly tag the homeowner if we get their permission
o Join other groups in the brand community
o Suggest business recommendations in neighborhood groups
 
• Instagram
o Want to promote LDS on Instagram with regular posts
o Highlight our team
o Demonstrate our proficiency with installs and friendly customer service
 
• Email marketing
o Need an annual schedule
o With good content in the emails
o We can offer discounts or coupons to our email list
