As an Art Director / Jr Art Director at Dynamite Games, you will lead and inspire our art team to create captivating visuals for our games. You will be instrumental in shaping the artistic vision and ensuring its successful execution across various projects.

• Clearly communicate and execute the artistic vision to the team and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Production Directors and other experts to make informed visual decisions.
• Ensure all art assets meet high quality and aesthetic standards.
• Advise on production pipelines and artist assignments, providing critical feedback.
• Set visual targets and styles for projects, creating comprehensive style guides.
• Foster a safe and professional work environment by addressing concerns promptly.

• At least 5+ years in game development, with 2+ years in a management role and lead credit on 2+ shipped games.
• Proficient in English, with strong communication and collaboration skills in an iterative environment.
• Deep understanding of art fundamentals (lighting, composition, anatomy) and artistic/video game culture.
• Strong interest in game development, extensive knowledge of game genres, and proficiency with industry-standard art software.
• Proven ability to inspire, coach, and promote artistic vision and methodologies.
• Mastery of diverse art styles, coupled with an open-minded and receptive attitude to new ideas.
