About the company: Our partner company is the leading EdTech platform which currently provides a custom-built preschool technology app to over 1,000 schools globally. Their holistic school management system was built to simplify the tedious and complex administrative processes of preschools. They are accredited by the Ministry of Education, Singapore (MOE), Early Childhood Development Agency (ECDA) and has been ranked Top Preschool Software by Association for Early Childhood Educators (Singapore) – AECES.
Now they are looking for a Lead Mobile Developer to spearhead the mobile team.
Ideal candidates should have between 5-8 years of experience as a Mobile Developer and currently based in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam.

You will be doing:
- Lead and collaborate with a diverse multinational team of mobile developers
- Establish best development practices and processes
- Review code implementations of team members
- Write testable, clean, and efficient code that can be confidently released in production
- Keep up to date on the latest industry trends in mobile technologies
- Ensure optimum app quality and platform stability through a system of metrics
monitoring.
Job Requirement
Must have:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/IT/Programming or related fields from a reputable university
- 3-5 years of experience working on mobile development
- Good understanding of the full mobile development life cycle, structural and popular design pattern such as MVC, MVVM.
- Excellent programming skills, Familiar with Git and Gitflow
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs (GraphQL is a plus)
- Good understanding of software engineering principles and techniques
- Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming.
- Attention to detail and a keen eye for good UI/UX
- Experience in leadership positions
- Highly motivated and adaptable
- Fluent in English
Nice to have:
- Basic knowledge of Functional Programming
- Good knowledge about iOS SDK
- Familiarity with CocoaPods and well-known open source libraries
- Experience with Android mobile app development using Java/Kotlin
- Familiarity using Firebase platform
