We have a lot of development achievements, mainly offshore development for Japan. We are engaged in system development such as lab contracts and development for various operations, Salesforce development, smartphone development, and embedded software development. We support both project type development and lab type development. For long-term projects, it is also possible to build a dedicated laboratory system for the customer.

Job Overview

  • Join some parts or full life cycle of software development (DD-CD-UT-IT);
  • Do implementation as well as conducting review for others;
  • Provide technical guide, proper instruction to low level members;
  • Coach lower-level staffs in the team about technical works;
  • Other assignments from Manager.

Job Requirement

  • Technical requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in computer science/ Information Technology;
  • Experienced in developing Window applications, Barcode Reader applications using VB.Net/C#, WebService;
  • Experienced in design layout report using Crystal Report;
  • Have experience of software development technology Database as Oracle, DB2;
  • At least 4 years of hands-on software development experience in a software company and from 1 years’ experience at leader level;
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving as well as teamwork skills with pro-active and independent concentration;
  • Communication skills: JPTL N3 equivalent is a MUST.
  • Other skills:
  • Experience in leading a development team;
  • Excellent in logical thinking;
  • Problem solving skills, concentration, pro-active and independent;
  • Good interpersonal & teamwork spirit;
  • Able to work under high pressure.

1500Interview process:

  • Round 1: Interview about skills and experience;
  • Round 2: Discuss salary and company policy.
