He/she is responsible for the success of an affiliate program and helps manage and scale an online business (traffic, user and revenue)
Entail developing strategies to recruit new affiliates, negotiate deals between affiliates and their clients, and manage affiliate promotions.
Generates insightful reports and provides digital marketing consulting services to improve your program.
Takes on the role of a mediator by communicating and negotiating with affiliate partners about commission structures and marketing strategies.
Helps run your programs and stays on top of campaign management by answering vendor queries, creating branded materials, and identifying areas in your program that you can improve.
Conducts an in-depth analysis of program metrics and sales traffic and prepares and submits reports to upscale essential products and improve sales methods.
Manager knows the inner workings of digital marketing and SEO and can contribute innovative ideas for affiliate programs.
Collaborating with the Marketing team and other departments to deliver tasks
Updating and reporting monthly to the line manager.
Job Requirement
BA degree in Marketing, Journalism, Advertising, Media & Communications, Linguistics or related disciplines
At least 3 years of relevant experience as a Affiliate Marketer position (experience in esporting game industries, Financial Institution, Advertising Agency, Public Newspaper preferred)
Proficient in Vietnamese and English language, both speaking and writing
Proven record with a diverse portfolio showcasing your relevant work
Creativity mindset with a “Can-do” attitude
Ability to work in a Diversity & Inclusion team environment
Be able to work independently
