Mô tả công việc
- Work directly with Hiring Managers to understand and clarify hiring requirements
- Source, headhunt, and recruit suitable candidates for assigned positions
- Research and update market salary trends by role and region
- Build and maintain a strong candidate network
- Collaborate with the team to execute and optimize recruitment strategies
- Manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously and ensure hiring progress
Yêu cầu công việc
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment
- Japanese proficiency is REQUIRED, with at least N2 level or equivalent communication skills
- Experience in headhunting, especially for mid-level and above positions
- Candidates currently living/working in Tokyo, Japan are highly preferred
- Open to candidates based in Vietnam who have experience recruiting for the Japanese market, strong Japanese communication skills, and are willing to relocate to Japan for long-term onsite work
- Only candidates currently in Japan or willing to relocate to Japan for long-term onsite work will be considered
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously

- Salary range: 400 – 600 man/year + bonus
- Salary review twice a year and 13th-month salary
