Technical Presales Engineer / Solutions Consultant

• Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer needs and propose appropriate technical solutions
• Organize, plan, direct, and coordinate all aspects of the technical pre-sales engagement for prospective clients to ensure the technical win
• Act as a technical advisor during customer meetings, calls and on-site visits.
• Conduct and lead partners/customer onsite solution evaluation
• Provide first level technical support for solution evaluations
• Prepare functional requirements, functional specifications and provide assistance in Project’s statement-of-work (SOW) documents in support of system quotations.
• Maintain high conformity working with sales teams
• Contribute to the technical & competence development of employees by providing information transfer to internal teams

• At least 2 years of proven experience in technical presales, solutions engineering, or a similar role.
• Professional experience as part of an enterprise company, including hands-on field sales support, security consulting, pre-sales engineering or similar experience
• Good Chinese verbal skill. Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills in Chinese. English is optional
• Ability to successfully navigate and relate to varying levels of functional and technical personnel at customer sites
