Creative Director (Copy-based)

Creative Director Position

• Win pitches and ensure the quality of completing projects with a 50% pitch win rate;
• Mentor and guide junior creative members to help clients achieve their marketing aims;
• Supervising the creative department’s daily workflow and ensuring quality and creativity;
• Interacting with clients to explain creative rationale behind campaigns proposed;
• Working with the business development team to pitch for new clients;
• Evaluating trends, assessing new data, and keeping up-to-date with the latest marketing techniques;
• Ensure attendance at company-required location;
• Other services upon on Company requests.

• Degree in art, design, marketing, communications or other relevant fields;
• A solid understanding of design, copy, and web practices;
• Comfortable with interacting with clients and explaining creative rationale;
• Hands-on experience in leading and executing creative work process;
• A minimum of ten years’ creative experience in an advertising agency environment;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Vietnamese;
• Have Copywriter experience based;
• Graduate University
• Portfolio is a must
