About the Role: As a Front-End Engineer, you will be a systems engineer specializing in user interface design and implementation. You will play a crucial part in designing and building user interfaces for our cutting-edge AI technology. This role involves contributing to critical decisions about product, design, and backend integration. Our current focus is primarily on Integrated Development Environments (IDEs) like VS-Code and the JetBrains family of products.
We are looking to hire multiple candidates for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and build user interfaces for advanced AI technology.
- Contribute to critical decisions regarding product development, design, and backend integration.
- Focus on developing for Integrated Development Environments (IDEs), such as VS-Code and JetBrains products.

Qualifications:
Required:
Experience: 3-8 years of experience in software development. We are open to candidates with 3-4 years of experience who demonstrate strong capabilities across all requirements.
Motivation: Clear motivations for joining a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment (we are Series B funded).
Education: Strong technical undergraduate degree from a top-tier university.
Hard Skills: Experienced with front-end development, including JavaScript, TypeScript, and React. We are also open to strong Kotlin engineers.
Relevant Experience: Experience with developer tools or similar company products.
Stability: Evidence of commitment to and growth within a company; not frequent job hoppers.
Preferred (Traits to Avoid):
Candidates who are considering roles primarily at large, established companies may not be an ideal fit for our startup culture.

Hiring Process:
Compensation & Benefits:
- Submit Candidate: You will be notified if the hiring manager wants to proceed.
- Coding Assessment: 60 minutes.
- Recruiter Screen: 30 minutes.
- Pre-Hire Immigration Assessment (Workvisa.io).
- Hiring Manager Interview: 60 minutes.
- First Round: 30 minutes.
- Second Round / Onsite: 240 minutes.
- Offer Extended: You will be auto-approved for all future roles with this client.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: $18,000 - $25,000.
- Equity: Significant equity stake.
- Visa Sponsorship: Available.
