Mô tả công việc

  • Develop creative idea or concept for campaigns for a multi-channel environment, working closely with the Creative Team
  • Oversee content master plans that encompass all channels
  • Research target audiences, best practices, and client materials & perform content audits to identify & craft the right content tone
  • Participate in client meetings to present creative ideas, plans, amendments & report progress; prepare presentation materials
  • Update the creative team about social, cultural & industry trends that are relevant to creative & content development
  • Oversee content production & designer work to make sure it is aligned with the strategic & creative direction.
  • Take full responsibility for the quality of outsourced content.
  • Ensure all content is delivered on time & within the budget.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • At least 2-3 years of experience in communications, advertising, digital marketing, social media etc. (Having experience of working for an agency is a plus)
  • Ability to grasp future trends in digital technologies and act proactively
  • Excellent writing skills for a diversity of forms such as social posts, video scripts, articles, academic writing
  • Skills in managing many projects, managing teams from people to work, from internal to external, from employees to superiors
  • Ability to train and improve team capacity
  • Strong time management skills, and the ability to stay focused under pressure
  • The willingness to share knowledge
  • Possess good leadership, people and project management skills.
  • Have a sharp solution-oriented attitude instead of blaming others.
