Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team in Ho Chi Minh City, specializing in the printing industry. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving B2B sales growth by identifying and targeting potential clients, building strong relationships, and promoting our comprehensive range of printing solutions. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a results-driven individual with a passion for sales and an understanding of the printing industry.Key Responsibilities:
  1. Prospect and Identify Opportunities:
    • Research and identify potential B2B clients within the Ho Chi Minh City area and surrounding regions.
    • Develop a deep understanding of the local printing industry landscape and market trends.
    • Utilize networking, referrals, and cold calling techniques to establish a robust sales pipeline.
  2. Build and Manage Client Relationships:
    • Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers, stakeholders, and influencers.
    • Understand clients' unique needs and present tailored printing solutions to meet their requirements.
    • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining client satisfaction.
  3. Sales Strategy and Goal Achievement:
    • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve and exceed sales targets.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to share market insights, competitive intelligence, and best practices.
    • Monitor sales metrics, analyze performance data, and adjust strategies as needed to optimize results.
  4. Product Knowledge and Presentation:
    • Acquire in-depth knowledge of our printing products, services, and technological capabilities.
    • Deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations that showcase the value proposition of our solutions.
    • Tailor product offerings to align with clients' specific needs and industry requirements.
  5. Negotiation and Closing Deals:
    • Lead negotiations, contract discussions, and pricing agreements to secure new business.
    • Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth project implementation and client onboarding.
    • Close sales deals while ensuring terms and conditions are aligned with company policies.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales within the printing industry or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of printing processes, materials, and industry trends.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
  • Fluency in English and Vietnamese languages.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
