About Us

Founded by experienced operators, including co-founders of Yext and a VP of Strategy from Saturn, we are addressing the longstanding inefficiencies in traditional management practices. While other aspects of work have evolved dramatically, management has remained largely unchanged for decades. The Opportunity

We are seeking Software Engineers to join our team in NYC. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a foundational product that will revolutionize how companies are managed with AI.
We are looking for self-starters with a deep curiosity for learning, a strong interest in AI, and hands-on experience with the latest technologies. You'll play a crucial role in shaping a system that will enable businesses to navigate the profound changes coming in the next half-decade.
We are looking to hire 3+ candidates for this role.

What You'll Do

Help build the AI Management System of the future, focusing on scalable and robust solutions.
Contribute across the full-stack or with a back-end leaning, impacting core product development.
Engage with the latest AI technologies and integrate them into our platform.
Apply your understanding of computing and theory to solve complex engineering challenges.
Work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where your contributions directly shape the product.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

Experience: 3-6 years of experience as a Software Engineer (full-stack or back-end leaning).

AI Interest: Strong interest in AI and hands-on experience with related technologies.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in Node.js or TypeScript.
Experience with Postgres.
Demonstrated experience with OpenAI API requests (in work or personal projects).

Startup Mindset: A track record of shipping code at high-growth startups (especially in AI) or top-tier Big Tech/FAANG companies (with a clear excitement for joining a startup environment).

Side Project Experience: Experienced in building and launching a side project.

Communication: Strong communication skills.

On-site: Willingness to work 4-5 days a week in-person in our NYC office. (Note: If you are not interested in relocating to New York, this may not be the right opportunity).

Motivation: Genuine interest in our mission and products, with the ability to articulate why you're excited to join an early-stage startup.

Preferred Qualifications:

Computer Science degree from a top 20 undergraduate program.
Experience with companies known for top talent in AI or high-growth tech (e.g., Jane Street, Ramp, Stripe, Meta, Google).

Salary Range: $12.5k - $18k

Equity: 0.25% - 1%

Technical (45 minutes): LeetCode exercise with a founding engineer.
Chat with Max (Co-founder): A product-oriented discussion.
Onsite (Half a day): Includes a systems design exercise and a project discussion.
