Client of DigiSource is SIX MEDIA which is a fast-growing marketing agency based in Thailand, specializing in delivering innovative solutions in marketing, including e-sports, finance, and AI fields in the APAC region.

We are seeking a Senior Assistant to support the Head of Marketing in daily operations, strategic planning, and overseeing the development of the Marketing department’s teams. The ideal candidate is a seasoned marketing leader with a background as a CMO or Marketing Manager, bringing hands-on experience in multinational corporations.

Job Description
  • Support the Head of Marketing in developing and implementing strategic marketing plans, budgets, and long-term goals.
  • Oversee departmental operations and facilitate the growth and development of various teams within the Marketing department.
  • Coordinate and manage cross-functional initiatives, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and effective collaboration between departments.
  • Analyze and report on marketing data, providing insights and strategic recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness and support business growth.
  • Manage key tasks and monitor progress across teams, maintaining project timelines and quality standards.

  • Experience: Minimum of 8 years in a CMO role or over 10 years as a Marketing Manager, with a proven track record in multinational corporations.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Languages: Fluency in English (both verbal and written) is mandatory.
  • Advantage: Candidates with experience in international corporate environments will be highly regarded.
  • Proficiency in strategic planning and performance reporting.
  • Strong data analysis skills with the ability to interpret marketing data and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Effective time management and task-tracking abilities.
  • Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing channels (Facebook, Google, TikTok, SEO) and Accounting principles.
