Data Scientist I–II (ML Engineer)

• Work on a wide range of problems involving descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive analytics across the financial services, telecom, and retail industries.
• Build and deploy machine learning models such as customer segmentation, churn prediction, recommendation engines, anomaly detection, and time-series forecasting.
• Leverage tools and libraries including scikit-learn, statsmodels, XGBoost, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
• Apply MLOps practices for model evaluation, management, and deployment.
• Write and maintain high-quality, well-documented, and tested code for models running in production.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop reusable ML assets across multiple client engagements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 1–4 years of experience in Machine Learning or Data Science roles.
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, both theoretical and practical.
• Proficiency in Python programming.
• Hands-on experience with data cleaning, visualization, and modeling using open-source Python libraries.

Preferred Skills

• Master’s degree from a top-tier university.
• Industry experience in telecom, banking, or retail.
• Familiarity with AWS, Databricks, SQL, NoSQL, Big Data frameworks (Kafka, Flink), and distributed ML platforms (e.g., Ray).
• AWS or Databricks ML certification is a strong plus.
